10 May 1987 – IAFL Week 3 – Jordanstown Jaguars 0 Belfast Blitzers 28 – Ivan Smith scored a touchdown as the Blitzers beat the students from the Jaguars at Ulster University Jordanstown.

15 May 1988 – AFAI Friendlies & Festivals – Belfast Blitzers 39 Antrim Bulldogs 2 – Ivan Smith scored three extra points in this Blitzers friendly win over the Antrim Bulldogs.

Games 1986 IAFL Season

All-Ireland Championship Final – 16 August 1986 – Belfast Blitzers 7 Dublin Celts 0 – Belfast Blitzers signed Glentoran Soccer Team’s fullback George Neill for the match versus Dublin Celts at Cooke Rugby Club in Belfast following his return from the Irish League sides tour of the USA that summer. Playing Wide Receiver, her scored the only touchdown in the Belfast Blitzers 7-0 triumph in the All Ireland Championship in Belfast on August 16, 1986. [4]

Games 1987 IAFL Season

Week 10 – 28 June 1987 – Craigavon Cowboys 0 Belfast Blitzers 22 – Goodyear Playing Fields, Portadown – George Neill scored converted two Point After Touchdown kicks and ran one in for two points as the Belfast Blitzers continued their run of being the only team in Britain and Ireland to have not conceded a point, improving to 6-0 in the process.
