Report

In 2004 the Australian Rules Football League of Ireland Super 10s Championship teams were split into Northern and Southern Divisions with the Division winners meeting in the GrandFinal, where Leeside Lions won 43-34 over Dublin Demons.

Leeside Lions had won the Southern Conference with 3 wins from 4, ahead of Clare Crows (who appear to have pulled out after Round 1) and South Dublin Eagles. Dublin Demons won all four of their matches to take the Northern Conference, with Redbacks (who also appear to have pulled out after Round 1) in second and Mullingar Tigers in third.

The Super 10s was essentially a second level to give newer or less experienced players matches. It consisted of blitz format 10-a-side matches.
