About the AFL Ireland Leeside League Men’s 2022-23

The Leeside League replaced the Men’s Super 9s and Women’s Super 7s, with two Universities Munster Technological University (MTU) and University College Cork (UCC) joining Leeside Lions (Club team) in a Super-format reduced-numbers League in Cork. For 2022-23 there were four teams as UCC Crusaders registered two teams to play: UCC Crusaders A and UCC Crusaders 1, alongside MTU Criws and Leeside Lions. [References: 1]

The three teams in the Women’s League for 2022-23 are MTU Crows (Munster Technological University), UCC Crusaders (University College Cork) and Cork Vikings (Club team).
